Enjoyed but pricey
I drink this powder mixed in hot water. However it does not mix at all well just adding a mug full of water, so the best way is to mix the powder into a liquid paste using several drops of hot water in the mug then fill the mug. I love drinking green tea using bags, however…

Interesting
I wanted to reap the full benefits of this so had it neat in warm to hot water without any kind of milk or sweetener and it's very bitter, so not for everyone that way. I also had it in juice but found it didn't blend well and would clump but it dissolved better in water and…
