Our blackbean sauce is made with real fermented black beans, soyabeans and garlic which gives savoury dishes a real depth, richness and aroma. Perfect for an authentic stir fry or create a winning beef or chicken blackbean dish for friends and family.

Directions:
We use natural ingredients so shake well before opening as the separation of ingredients is natural. Once opened, refrigerate below 8 degrees Celsius and use within 4 weeks.

An excellent product

Gluten Free Chinese Blackbean Sauce
I've used the Sweet Mandarin blackbean sauce to cook stir fry beef and it's just like the real thing in the restaurant. Perfect as it's not too salty and best thing is no msg too. I also tried it on Tofu and it was very delicious. A Must for the storecupboard.
