Clementine Vaughan is a London-based Women’s Health Specialist Dietitian. She qualified from King’s College London in 2017 and went on to spend six years working across the food and beverage and food tech sectors. Her career has been shaped by a deep passion for the holistic role of food in health and the powerful connections built around the dinner table.
As the youngest of three sisters, Clementine grew up in a female-led environment that sparked her lifelong interest in women’s health. Now back in clinical practice, she brings a unique blend of real-world experience and industry insight to her work. She is dedicated to empowering women through nutrition, helping them take agency over their bodies and, in turn, supporting them to reach their goals.
