    How to grow your eyebrows

Whether you’re guilty of overplucking or you’ve simply not been blessed with bushy brows, you might be searching for some simple ways to boost the growth of your eyebrows…

Five easy ways to stimulate eyebrow growth

If having fuller looking eyebrows is one of your beauty goals, you’re not alone. Not only is it often on trend to have thick brows, but it also makes them much better at what they were ultimately designed to do – protect your eyes.1,2

Noticed the hair immediately above your eyes is looking a bit thin on the ground lately? We’ve put together some handy tips on how to grow your eyebrows:

    1. Stop plucking them!

It goes without saying that the fastest way to see significant growth on your brows is to stop plucking them. If you avoid shaping or tidying them with tweezers for a few months, you’ll likely see a massive change in their thickness.

    1. Groom them

While plucking should be avoided at all costs, there’s no harm in grooming your brows out with a little brush. This won’t necessarily stimulate growth, but it will help untangle any longer hairs and encourage them to grow in the right direction.3

    1. Condition them

Just like the hair on your head looks healthier when it’s been conditioned, so too will your brows. A lot of conditioners have been enhanced with oils and proteins which promote growth, plus they have the added benefit of hydrating your hair so it looks fuller and shinier. When you’re conditioning your hair in the shower, massage a little into your brows, too.

    1. Rub oil on them

Similar to the tip above, rubbing a little bit of oil on your eyebrows every so often should help keep them hydrated. Lots of oils, such as olive, grapeseed and sweet almond oil, contain beneficial ingredients for the hair. This includes vitamin A, a nutrient which helps stimulate the production of sebum – a substance which aids with healthy hair growth.4

    1. Eat more protein-rich foods

As hair is basically made from protein, getting more of it in your diet is a no-brainer. Particularly great protein-rich foods to eat if you’re vegetarian or vegan include eggs, nuts and legumes.5

Products which may help you grow thicker eyebrows

Those set on securing lusciously thick eyebrows may want to stock up their bathroom cabinets with the following products:

    Argan oil

This so-called miracle oil that’s sourced from the kernels of the argan tree has long been lauded as a great conditioning treatment for hair. It’s packed with vitamin E and various antioxidants which all help strengthen the hair follicles, therefore increasing the likelihood of healthy growth.6

    Hair serums

Hair serums are specifically designed to nourish your locks – and they’re ideal for using on your brows, too. Most have formulas which have been enhanced with natural, nutrient-rich ingredients, including argan oil.

    Conditioner

You’ll likely already have conditioner sitting in your shower at home. If you’re on the hunt for a new one which might help boost the growth of the hairs on both your head and your eyebrows, look out for products enriched with keratin, vitamin E or royal jelly.7

You’ll discover loads of amazing products which could help support your eyebrow growth in our natural hair oil and serum range.
