Chamomile for dry, sensitive skin and rose oil for mature skinWhat you’ll need
- Chamomile oil or rose oil
- A bottle or tub of unscented moisturiser (ensure there are no nasty chemicals that could irritate your skin, or interfere with the relaxing odours of your chosen essential oil)
- A spoon or a small spatula to mix
- A small jar with a lid to keep the mix secure.
- Simply grab the moisturiser and scoop out a few big dollops into the small jar.
- Then add five drops of your chosen essential oil.
- Take your spoon or spatula and give it a quick mix.
