Unlike other tea, Matcha is made by grinding green tea leaves into a very fine powder that’s ingested making it nutrient-rich compared to infusing tea leaves in hot water. Bloom’s premium-grade ‘ceremonial’ matcha is milled for 45 minutes to fill a single 30g jar from organically certified green tea leaves that are selectively hand-picked during early-season plucking.

Whisk 1 gram (approx. 1/2 teaspoon or 4 spatula* scoops) per day in 100 ml hot water (80°C) until a frothy top forms. Pour over ice and add cold water to make a refreshing ice tea. Also, try mixing 1 gram per day in juice, fruit and vegetable smoothies, milky lattes and foods such as; salad, soup, pasta, rice and pulses, cereal, yoghurt, ice cream and desserts. *spatula attached to jar.
