Fantastic product
“Really though it was going to be rubbish. Literally tried it the first day and felt so much better. Helps to feel fuller, when I drank this I didn't really want to eat at all because I felt so full. Really helps stop snacking and just helps eat less portions. I lost 4 pounds in 5 days. Really had to push myself to eat the 3 meals. When mixing with water it says to put 250ml of water I would put more as it's quite a lot of powder so it becomes very thick. So put at least 300-325ml. Also drink water after. Really pleased 10/10”

“It was ok, not the best tasting shake I have had. I did make it taste better by substituting the water for milk and adding fruit into the shake.”

Good quality product
“Lovely berry flavour from it, and it definitely fills you up and lasts. It has a slightly strange texture - very foamy, but it is very easy to drink and not powdery at all like some of the shakes I've tried Very convenient to throw one of the sachets into the bottle, or take to work - no need to worry about measuring or calorie counting. Good value - slightly more expensive than others, but overall worth it. Something I would definitely buy again.”
