• Odysea pomegranate molasses is made purely with the slow reduction of pomegranate juice and contains 100% natural occurring sugars, with no additives.
• The pomegranates are harvested from late August to mid-autumn, selected from a variety that yields bigger dark burgundy fruit with a good balance of sour & sweet flavours. Their juice is extracted & slowly reduced until it becomes a dense syrup.
• A proud two-star winner in Great Taste Awards, our pomegranate molasses has been described by the judges as “flawless” in its “thick syrupy texture”, “carrying with it the sweet sharpness of the fruit, and quite some complexity”.
