used this in the past, seen it was on offer so thought I'll get some, found it brilliant for aches and pain and head aches, I just rub little on the area and it soon works for me. plus saves taking pain killer tablets

I have always been a fan of the red tiger balm but this is the first time I have bought the white. I rarely suffer headaches but when I do a little of this rubbed on the temples and forehead really helps. Really happy with this.
