Only carefully chosen ingredients are blended in this pleasant organic tea, to give a mild and refreshing flavour. All our herbs are of high quality, certified from organic cultivation.
Full ingredients
Fenugreek seeds*, Anise fruits * , Fennel fruits *(20 %), Caraway fruits *, Lemon verbena leaves * (15 %) *organically grown.
Always read the label before use
Directions:
Use one tea bag per cup and pour on freshly boiled water (approx 200ml), leave to brew for 5 minutes, to allow the extracts to their full flavour and potential. We recommend three cups a day throughout the whole nursing period.

Lovely, caffiene free drink!
I thought I'd hate this tea as I hate Fennel but wanted to try it to see if it helped with my milk supply and its been brilliant! And despite HATING Fennel normally, this actually tastes really good! And love the fact its caffiene free too!
