Absolutely brilliant! I don't bother with painkillers when I have lower back or joint pain anymore. I just have a warm bath, then rub this into the areas where I'm having problems.

Smooth Lotion
A smooth, light lotion with the added benefit of a small amount of calcium and magnesium. I use it as a moisturiser but it is also helping to boost my uptake of 2 important minerals.
