This is my favourite gluten free flour mix for baking cakes, biscuits and pastry. It is expensive in comparison to regular flour, but I have found it works well combined with rice flour to make it a bit more affordable. Always gives a great texture and does not contain xanth…

One pack made two loaves of bread using my breadmaker. It's the first gluten free flour I've tried and was happy with it... I'll be trying a cheaper product next to compare.
