Great substitute to spaghetti for gluten and wheat free diet! Not too thin like rice noodles and not as thick as tagliatelle so just right! Just delicious too...

I got about 5 servings from this pack (added to soups, main side etc) and enjoyed the flavour. They are easy to prepare but had to re-soak a couple of times as I thought they were a bit hard? I think maybe they are meant to be like this? I would re-purchase instead of pasta …

Store cupboard essential
Always have these available to knock up a quick stir fry or soup. Great they are organic, vegan and gluten free. All my requirements met and additionally a source of iron and fibre. Also ready in an instant for a quick supper.
