Desert Mallee TA20+ Honey RAW WEST AUSTRALIAN HONEY 260g
PROVENANCE This honey collected from Mallee trees in the rich red ochre soils of Western Australia’s historic Goldfield’s region. HEALTHY BEES Western Australia is home to one of only two healthy been populations in the world. Which is why our honey can be 100% raw and not treated by heat or chemicals.
The anti-bacterial activity of honey is derived via natural enzymes and chemicals in the honey that originate from the flower that the nectar has been collected. The Honey’s anti-microbial strength is measured by the term “Total Activity (TA)”. The TA is a bacteria killing scale; the higher the TA the greater the antimicrobial strength. Please see the comparison guide on the side of the jar for more information.
