Feel Free Chocolate Brownie Mix 250g

It’s finally here our Feel Free Brownie mix; create your own chocolaty melt in the mouth gooey brownie, rich in flavor you would be crazy not to try.

Full ingredients

Sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, potato starch, vegetable oil, whey powder (from milk), dextrose, egg white powder, raising agents: potassium and sodium di-phosphates, sodium bicarbonate; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, thickener: xanthan gum.

Directions:

Baking Instructions:

1. Pre heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F or Gas Mark 5.

2. Empty the sachet of Feel Free Chocolate Brownie Mix into a mixing bowl.

3. Add the egg, margarine and water, mix well with a food mixer or wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes to give a smooth batter.

4. Pour the mixture into a pre greased and lined 6” round or square baking tray.

5. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20-30 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven and remove from the tray, allow to cool on a wire cooling rack.

7. Cut into 9 equal portions.
