Just love That's, keeps me full for about 4 hours, most diet shakes give me terrible tummyache, but these have never caused me any discomfort. Love the vanilla, it's like drinking ice cream. Yum yum. X

Great Taste
So easy to make, love all 3 flavours and are certainly working for me. Feel great. Probably like this flavour the best as I can add other fruit to it e.g. blueberrys.

Great taste & keeps me full
All three flavours taste great and keep me full until the next meal time. By following the instructions (2 shakes & a reasonable meal) and drinking plenty they work for me and I would certainly recommend them to anyone of thinking of losing weight.

I absolutely love the taste of these!!! I must confess though I do use milk instead of water, doesnt seem to have any knock on effects!?Already noticed a difference and I do feel better in myself, ordering my next lot now!!!
