Lovely tea and helps skin!
Really lovely tea, it's a nice subtle flavour and found this has helped my skin. It lasts a long time as you only need 1 tsp for a cup and contains great ingredients!

It’s helped my skin no end
I’ve used this for about 6 months, drank twice a day and it’s made a noticeable difference with my eczema and dry skin.
