Holland & Barrett Milk Thistle capsules are a herbal food supplement. Milk Thistle is also known as Silybum marianum, it’s a bright pink flowering plant that grows wild in southern Europe, northern Africa, and the Middle East. Milk Thistle may help the symptomatic relief of digestive disorders such as indigestion, feelings of fullness, and flatulence. Exclusively based upon long-standing use.
