Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Pregnant Women: Do not take this product if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Pregnant women should not supplement with more than 800μg (2,664 I.U.) preformed Vitamin A daily except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic. Children: Close tightly and keep out of sight and reach of children. Contains Iron, which can be harmful to children in large doses. In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or nearest Hospital Casualty Department immediately. All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Long term intake of amounts greater than 1150μg daily of Vitamin A are best avoided by postmenopausal women and older people who are at increased risk of osteoporosis. Amounts greater than 250mg daily of Phosphorus may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals. Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg daily of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
