Bursting with a fun, fruity flavour, Holland & Barrett Teen Omega 3 Fish Oils with A, D, E & C are made exclusively for teens. They contain a specially formulated combination of essential fatty acids and vitamins to help aid and encourage a healthy heart, brain and vision. It's important that teenagers are provided with essential vitamins and minerals as their bodies change. Omega-3 contributes to the normal function of the heart, as well as normal vision and brain function. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones

Take two chewy capsules per day. Adults can also follow the same directions. Chew the soft capsule to burst the fruit flavour centre. Do not exceed stated dose.

TASTE OF PLASTIC AND FISH
“I bought these for my teenager - unfortunately they taste absolutely disgusting. They look like jelly beans. When you put it in your mouth they are like plastic - once it bursts open its fish oils. Ugh. My teenage couldn't swallow it and had to spit it out. I tried it and they are not nice at all. Waste of money. Very disappointed in this product.”

Horrible and disgusting
“The worst vitamins ever ! Fish oil is involved but not disguised in any way as you can taste and smell fish very well , do not recommend at all unless you like the smell of rotten fish .”

“I bought these as an alternative to regular cod liver oil capsules as I thought you wouldn't get that fishy after taste. I was very wrong! They are in fact worse as you have to chew them so can really taste the fish. Absolutely disgusting!”
