Leaves residue
“I tracked down this shampoo after using it at the Best Western on holiday in the USA & being impressed by it. Though it is British made, Holland & Barrett are the only UK stockists. It is far more expensive than I’d normally spend. The shampoo smells heavenly, but unfortunately it leaves a residue on the hair no matter how much you rinse. This can make the hair look limp, greasy & unwashed more quickl than I’d normally expect. The formulation must be a bit different than the one you find in Best Westerns, although the name and packaging are still the same. For this reason and the cost, I won’t be buying again.”

All that a decent shampoo should be
“recently switched from Liz earl to this one , was looking for a switch for long but wasn't able to find the right one when this one caught my eye at H&B! Hair looks healthy and has a natural shine on it, even when I don't use conditioner! The only downside is we have to use a lot of product for a good clean, but it gets the benefit of doubt as it contains all the mild surfactants.”

Smells amazing!
“A good shampoo if you’re looking for something natural, Smells like coconut. The bottle lasted me around 2 months. Made my hair feel abit sticky which is common with natural shampoos but the conditioner is amazing and makes the hair very soft after shampooing.”
