No effect
I bought 2 bottles, have taken as per instructions and kept a healthy diet, but sadly not got the results I had expected, a whole 3kg loss only. Disappointed and won't bother buying this product again.

Per 4 Capsules 2000gm so 1 =500mg ... not nice next time holland and barrett capsules that cheaper and some effect
