MY SUPER POWDER
“Sorry that I took me so long to review mpowder but I was taking some time to see how my body was reacting to the peri-boots. Im 42 and my son is 4 years. I was trying to get pregnant again when my son was one but sadly instead of getting pregnant I started to develop very bad.. I would said terrible symptoms of the menopause. I felt depressed, irritated, low in general, hot flushes that were ruining my life and my mental health. I tried everything but my body was not reacting positive to anything. I tried PRP ( ovarian rejuvenation) that only worked for 5 months, natural periods but not eggs at all. Then I ended taking HRT and even that was not enough. At the moment I take HRT, and my super powder of peri boots .. I love it .. it’s perfect and support my treatment. I feel HAPPY ... I feel Myself .. my powder is now part of my life and my everyday routine. I also have acupuncture and all together work perfect for me. I love it with kefir, coconut water, berries and nuts .It’s difficult sometimes to find the right supplement, I tried lots . Lots .. but this is wonderful ..”

Expensive and not noticed any benefits over regular vitamins
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this, but I have stopped my subscription now. The main reason for discontinuing was that the vitamin content was very similar to any high street brand, and having tried a couple of months on this I did not notice any difference in how I felt, compared to the massive improvement in how I felt when taking a perimenopause supplement from a different brand. The flavour is nice but gets a little monotonous after a while. And if using the recommended amount the powder changes the texture of your smoothy. The texture was better when taking half the recommended quantity, which of course is not the point.The packaging is minimal, which I liked, but the zip close bag is not ideal because the zip gets clogged with powder. I ended up decanting the pack into a glass jar.Finally, the cost was a huge barrier to me. I take quite a list of supplements and when adding the cost of this in, the total cost took me over the amount that I felt comfortable with spending. So for this reason I have edited MPowder out of my regime in favour of the supplements that worked better for me”

Noticeable changes - I feel like a new women
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context I’m 44 this year and for the last 18 months have been experiencing strange tightness/ discomfort across my chest, feelings of real, deep sadness, a real fear / worry that something bad was going to happen to me, strange random pains every now again, joint pain and tinnitus. I sleep well, eat well exercise 3-4 times a week but the symptoms above were starting to really take over my life and at times leaving me with severe anxiety. I went to the GP last Summer and had a full blood count, ecg and all obbs checked - everything came back fine so I just carried on not feeling myself . January was a promise to myself that I’d start to try and do something about the above symptoms and invest in myself so went on a real deep dive into natural alternatives and decided to invest in M Powder peri-boost after all it couldn’t hurt and it’s less than the cost of a daily coffee. 3 months in and I feel like a new women, wasn’t sure if the first month was the placebo affect but there is 100% noticeable physical improvement since taking this. I still get a bit anxious (who dosnt) but the above symptoms have all gone, meaning my mental health has improved drastically resulting in more energy, more patience and time for my children and more focus and clarity with my work. I take it every morning with some squash, shake it up and drink. It’s not a brilliant taste but I’m used to it and won’t be without. For transparency im taking other supplements for my hair, skin and nails and I do eat well so i can’t be sure of the effect on those. Thankyou to the M powder team for creating a product that truly does what it says it does, this isn’t just another supplement this has given me life back.”

Daily dose definitely helps
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As this powder contains a diverse range of nutrients, it has replaced a previous cocktail of various supplements I was taking in support of my peri menopause symptoms. If I fail to take this, I quickly suffer from water retention and bloating, causing irritability and anxiety. If I take the correct dosage of this in the mornings, I find I ‘pee like a drain’ pardon the expression, at least once an hour until early afternoon but then level out for the rest of the day. It helps to prevent evening bloat, promotes calm and has aided a healthy sleep pattern. Give it a go, but make sure you commit daily to feel the benefits.”
