Great alternative
Actually pretty good! I’ve got a son with allergies and this has opened up a world of cake and pancakes!! The pancakes are pretty good.. it’s obviously not egg, but has a chewy/squishy/risen texture that holds well. It’s different, but good. Pleasantly surprised by it.

Egg Replacer
This product was purchased for overseas relatives who do not eat eggs. They use it for baking cakes and pastries and says the finish results are always good and tasteful.
