Brilliant Egg Replacer
“After having tried many different egg replacers, I have found that this gives the best results for pancakes (both fluffy American-style and classic English thin style). There is no compromise on flavour and texture. Can not recommend more. I have also used this for chewy choc chip cookies with brilliant outcomes. I find that it works best when you whisk the powder with water first until the mixture becomes frothy, then combine as an egg in your recipe.”
