What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Each delicious strawberry protein shake made with this blend contains 12g of blended protein sources, with just 97 calories and 1.6 grams of fat per serving. The ingredients contained within Lean Protein could contribute to the maintenance of lean muscle when taken as part of a calorie controlled and healthy diet+ whilst also providing a high source of fibre. +Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.
- Prebiotics are healthy fibres that provide food for our microbiome (gut bacteria, yeast, and other microbes) thus supporting normal digestion. PE’s Lean Protein blend also contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and Green Tea.

Directions:
Use 2-3 servings of Lean Protein daily to help tone and maintain a lean physique. Do not exceed stated dose. For Men: Add 2 scoops (approximately 50g) of Lean Protein to 400ml of ice cold water or low fat milk and shake for 10 seconds. For Women: Add 1 scoop (approximately 25g) of Lean Protein to 200ml of ice cold water or low fat milk and shake for 10 seconds.

“I am very specific with my protein powder as it needs to be very smooth and taste good when mixed with water. This protein has a lovely strawberry taste, and mixes well in a shaker with no lumps. i would recommend mixing with less water than recommended as the taste can be quite watery. overall very nice, good for after workouts and will buy again.”
