• Each delicious vanilla protein shake made with this blend contains 12g of blended protein sources, with just 98 calories and 1.7 grams of fat per serving. The ingredients contained within Lean Protein could contribute to the maintenance of lean muscle when taken as part of a calorie controlled and healthy diet+ whilst also providing a high source of fibre. +Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Directions:

Use 2-3 servings of Lean Protein daily to help tone and maintain a lean physique. Do not exceed stated dose. For Men: Add 2 scoops (approximately 50g) of Lean Protein to 400ml of ice cold water or low fat milk and shake for 10 seconds. For Women: Add 1 scoop (approximately 25g) of Lean Protein to 200ml of ice cold water or low fat milk and shake for 10 seconds.
