Hydrating and matte
It’s hydrating. I like using it in the morning and evening. It has a Matte finish so good with make up. I use this and add some oil (Rose oil) and hyaluronic acid to my night time routine. It’s has a nice clear cloudy color. The packaging seems fancy and strong, the box but …
