How to use?

Meal replacement - Replace 1 to 2 meals per day with a

Slender Blend Shake. Simply add 40g (4 yellow scoops) to 400ml of almond milk

& shake well!

Post workout - Have a Slender Blend within 30 minutes after your workout. Simply add

40g (4 yellow scoops) to 400ml of water & shake well!
