Directions:

When lighting the Incense Stick focus on the Affirmation, repeating it ten times in you mind. Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes. Simply light the stick and then carefully blow out the flame. This will leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release this exotic fragrance.
