Psychic Sisters luxury candles have a keep sake crystal hidden within. All candles have been Reiki energised and blessed by Psychic Sisters with a powerful affirmation.
Once lit, relax taking several deep breaths, focusing on affirmation, "I am relaxed & ready to sleep". Repeat 10 times. A minimum burn time often minutes.
