Directions: • Hold the inhaler 1 cm from the nostril, hold the other nostril closed and inhale the fragrance of the essential oils 3 times. • Repeat with the other nostril. • Do not use more than 5 times a day. Warnings: Not to be used by children under 7 years old, by pregnant women or breastfeeding women, by anyone with a prior history of convulsions or epileptic seizures, and by anyone allergic to essential oils.
