Recover and Refuel is a post-exercise protein for muscle maintenance or support. As a multidisciplinary workout, cross functional training pushes your body in both strength and endurance and therefore Recover and Refuel has been designed to offer a complete recovery.

Recover and Refuel has a 2:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio, perfect for replenishing carbohydrate stores and providing your body with a more wholesome recovery beyond just protein. The 18g of protein (isolate and hydrolysate) provides the body with two types of quick-release protein which will assist the muscle growth and building process immediately after your workout.

Mix 60 g (approximately four level 25 ml scoops) in 300 ml water
