Slimmer Sterilised Skimmed Milk contains 0.1% fat. Skimmed sterilised milk tastes just like milk and has the sweet undertones that are associated with the sterilisation process. Sterilised milk has a long shelf life and is great kept in a cupboard unopened until you are ready to use it. It's simply fresh milk that has been heat treated to 140 degrees Celsius to destroy the micro organisms that otherwise allow milk to deteriorate.

Once the milk has been opened, it should be treated like fresh milk - refrigerated and used within 3 days. Pure Milk sterilised skimmed milk comes in 1 litre and 500ml re-sealable plastic bottles.

Directions:

I never normally buy skimmed milk but I bought this as a backup. Really surprised how nice this was. Much more creamy than any other skimmed milk I’ve tried. Really tasty for UHT.
