I am taking these vitamins for the last 3 months. I do like them. I do see a result...stronger nails, cleaner skin. Easy to swallow, no stomach side effects or ache. Def will purchase more.

Only thing missing is B12
They're quite large and smelly and you do need 2 a day, they don't contain B12 which is one of the supplements we vegans can struggle with, but apart from that, no complaints.
