Best rehydration post running session/race
Alwyas feel much better after using SOS following a hard running session (especially when I was out in Australia). The coconut flavour is definitely the best

Excellent Hydration Product
I always find SOS very gentle on my stomach, which is particularly important before long runs and races. With the high sodium content, SOS is very good at electrolyte replacement and in my opinion is the best product on the market. The coconut taste is quite strong though - …

Great results
Use this product regularly for hydration and recovery. Best product I have found and doesn't come loaded with sugar like most of the products on the market
