Tiana Organic Crystallised Coconut Nectar is a unique guilt-free sugar replacement. Its deliciously sweet and light gold in colour. Tiana Raw Coconut Nectar is gently crystallised (not at boiling temperatures) to give it its deliciously sweet and subtle taste and light gold colour.
Add to hot drinks, sprinkle over cereals, porridge, and yoghurts, or use in baking to sweeten dishes and food. Delicious!

HIGH QUALITY AND YUMMY!
“This sugar is very good. It does, however, get pretty hard in the bag and in a small countertop canister. The chunks to break up easily and present no problem as far as I'm concerned. The taste is better than I had hoped. My daughter-in-law had some of this coconut sugar that she let me try. I found it quite delicious and purchased some for myself.”

Better flavor than white sugar in EVERYTHING.
“This sugar is soo tasty. It's how I always imagined brown sugar should taste. It has a delicious flavor to it, it doesn't taste like plain sugar. Any baked good I use this in automatically tastes 10x better. For the people complaining about the clumping, it easily breaks apart with a spoon or fork, even easier than regular sugar and brown sugar in fact. I have used it to make granola (AMAZING), banana bread, yellow cake, waffles, muffins, roasted nuts, & chocolate chip cookies. Just replaced the white sugar. Omg, Amazing. Waffles are suddenly bursting with flavor, even without syrup.”

Makes the best chocolate chip cookies!
“Okay people, I know everyone is talking about how this changes the flavor of your coffee, tea, custard, etc. It does. It's not white, refined sugar. Think of it as a substitute for brown sugar, and use it accordingly. You'll be pleased. I used it to make my gluten free almond cookies, which I already love, but this brand of coconut sugar made them even better than they were with two other comparably priced coconut sugars.”
