It does not make things worse at least
One of those few products which do not contain any histamine producing bacteria, soya, gluten and dairy, and pass the small intestine without worsening SIBO symptoms, so this one at least does not make things worse as opposed to most products on the market!

Seem fine
Capsules are on the average to large size but fairly easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed any benefits yet but these are for the long term I suppose. Not worth buying considering the price if it’s just a one off unless you’re taking after a course of antibiotics.
