I am a Consultant Dietitian with an MSc in Advanced Nutrition and an MRes in Clinical Research. With 14 years of experience across clinical practice, health tech, and commercial business, I have extensive experience in a variety of contexts including weight management, cardiometabolic health, women’s health, and gastroenterology.
A four-time national award winner recognised by the British Dietetic Association, I regularly feature in outlets including BBC, Forbes, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, and Vogue. I am a published academic author, author of Deliciously Healthy Fertility, Chair of the Women’s Health and Fertility Specialist Group of the British Dietetic Association and member of the Parliamentary and Scientific Committee APPG.
