Ingredients
- 100g oats *
- 2 tbsp chia *
- 1 tsp turmeric *
- 1 tsp ginger *
- 30g sultanas *
- 300ml coconut milk *
- 2 tbsp Manuka honey MGO 40 *
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut *
- 1 banana, sliced to top

Method
Step 1.
In a tupperware box or bowl, mix together the oats, chia, spices, sultanas and coconut milk. Mix well together, cover and allow to rest overnight in the fridge.
Step 2.
The next morning, stir the oats well and add a little more milk if the mixture is too stiff, then stir in the Manuka honey and desiccated coconut. Transfer into two bowls and top each with the sliced banana. Serve immediately.
