Ingredients
- 2 plums, cut into quarters
- 2 figs * halved
- 400g blackberries
- 50g butter, cut into cubes
- 50g honey *
- 250g vanilla yoghurt
Method
Step 1Preheat the oven to 180˚C/350˚F/gas mark 4. In a small roasting tin, place the plums and figs with the butter cubes, then drizzle over the honey.
Step 2Roast the fruits for 15 minutes, then add in the blackberries and roast for another 5 minutes. Spoon the vanilla yoghurt into bowls.
Step 3Once cooked, serve the hot fruit immediately over the vanilla yoghurt.
