Terms & ConditionsFind it cheaper and we will refund the difference (online and in store).  If you purchase an item on H&B Wellness Day (14th June 2025) and find one of our competitors listed below selling the same item for less on that day, we will match that lower price by refunding you the difference, subject to the following terms and conditions.  We will price match before you buy if you visit us in one of our shops:

• What products will you price match?  This promotion only applies to those products marked “Unbeatable” online or identified to you by a colleague in store.  Please ask a store colleague for help in identifying all our “Unbeatable” products included in the promotion.  

• Are there any conditions on what you will price match? H&B will price match identical items, including the same make, size, colour and specification. They must be in stock online or in store and available to purchase on H&B Day from the competitor and from H&B.  If there is an additional mandatory charge such as delivery, we take this into account when matching a price.  

• Who will you match? We match prices against items sold directly by the below major competitors. However, we do not match prices from other sellers hosted by these retailers – including 3rd party sellers and marketplace sellers.  We will of course match our own prices if we further reduce the price during H&B Day if you have purchased it earlier that day at a higher price.

• When will H&B match it? We will match lower prices on anything you purchase on H&B Day (14th June 2025).  This must be the day you actually place the order (rather than the day of delivery/collection).  You can request a price promise refund before you've received your item.  We will also match our own prices if we drop the price ourselves later on H&B Day after your purchase.  

• What do I need to claim?  You can make a claim on H&B Day or within 7 days from H&B Day, so long as the price you are comparing against was actually charged by one of the above competitors on 14th June 2025.

• How do I make a claim for a refund? 

• Before you buy: If you are buying in one of our shops and have evidence of a price match that we can verify (such as a link to a live website or a screenshot which captures the points above or an image of a product on one of our competitor’s shelves), we will match that price (subject to these terms and conditions). Alternatively, if you are buying online then you can complete your purchase and then email the evidence (and your order details) here:  Contact us – Help Centre so that we can verify. We will then issue your refund for the difference, subject to our terms and conditions.

• After you buy: If you have bought the item and you notice that the price was cheaper on XX June 2025 with any of the above competitors, you can submit a claim for the difference by either going in to one of our shops with evidence of the lower price that we can verify (such as screenshot which captures the points above or a photo of the product in the other retailer’s store) and we will match that price (subject to these terms and conditions). Alternatively, if you are buying online you can email the evidence (and your order details) via the following page: Contact us – Help Centre so that we can verify. We will then issue your refund for the difference, subject to our terms and conditions . You can request a price promise refund before your item has been collected or delivered.

• When will I receive my refund?  If we accept the request we will refund the difference via the original payment method. Where cash was used for the original purchase, you’ll need to visit your nearest H&B store in order to receive your refund.   If gift card or voucher was used, you can telephone our Customer Engagement Centre where you can access via the following page: Contact us – Help Centre or visit us in store.  If you purchased in store, you will need your original receipt as proof of purchase. 

• What is excluded? You cannot make a claim where you have returned the product for a refund, credit or an alternative product.  We can refuse the claim if we believe there is fraudulent activity or the items have been purchased with the intention to resell them for business or trading purposes.  We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any one item that a customer seeks to purchase.  We also will not price match for a single unit price when compared to the equivalent single unit price which is on sale with the competitor in a multi-buy offer.  We will not price match members-only prices or prices reduced with a promo code. 

• Any other things I need to know? We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions from time to time where we consider it necessary to do so.
