Terms and Conditions – For UK and ROI only 

Eligibility: The 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) applies to eligible Holland & Barrett (“H&B”) own-brand products, including Precision Engineered, TriActive, Vitaskin and Miaroma, purchased directly from an H&B store in the UK or Republic of Ireland, or through the H&B website or H&B&Me app for delivery within the UK or Republic of Ireland, provided the purchase can be verified by H&B.  

The Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from third-party retailers or sellers.  

Eligible products purchased within the 90 days immediately preceding the launch date of this Guarantee will also be covered by this Guarantee, provided they meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions. Launch date - 29th October 2026.  

Guarantee Period: If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may return it for a refund within 90 days of the original date of purchase. Products returned after this 90-day period will not be eligible for a refund under this Guarantee.  

You may claim under this Guarantee for multiple eligible products, whether purchased together or separately, provided each product meets the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions. Each eligible product must be returned within 90 days of its original date of purchase.  

Product Condition: Products may be opened, partially used or fully used. Where possible, please return the product and any remaining contents. You must include its packaging.  You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the product, however if you wish to do so it will be helpful for our understanding to improve our products. Any return under this Guarantee must be made at an H&B store, irrespective of whether you purchase in store or online.  

Proof of Purchase: You must provide sufficient information for H&B to verify your eligibility, which may include your store receipt, H&B online order confirmation or purchase details available through the H&B&Me app.  

Amount of refunds: You will receive a refund of the price actually paid for the product, using the original payment method. Where a product was purchased using a gift voucher or store credit or other H&B promotional voucher, the amount paid using that voucher will be refunded as store credit. Promotional or discount vouchers do not have a refundable cash value. Where H&B&Me points were used to purchase the product, the points used will be credited back to your H&B&Me account.  

Where a product was purchased as part of a multi-buy offer or bundle, the refund will be based on the value allocated to that product on the original receipt or transaction record.  

How to claim a refund: Refunds must be made in an H&B store in the country that you purchased it.   

Exclusions: The Guarantee does not apply to:  

• Third-party branded products (i.e. non-H&B branded products);  

• Gift cards, services, delivery charges or charity products;  

• Products not purchased directly from H&B;  

• Claims made after the 90-day Guarantee Period;  

• Purchases involving combined quantities exceeding a 90-day supply (subject to the exception below*); or  

• Products or claims involving deliberate misuse, tampering or resale activity. H&B reserves the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse a refund where there is reasonable evidence of misuse or abuse of the Guarantee. This may include, but is not limited to, deliberately tampering with products, submitting false or misleading claims, repeatedly claiming refunds in a manner inconsistent with genuine personal use, “gaming” the guarantee to get free products, or purchasing products for resale rather than personal use.  

H&B will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to determine whether a claim meets the requirements of this Guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

Statutory Rights: This Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.  

General: To ensure the Guarantee is used fairly, H&B reserves the right to refuse a refund where a claim does not meet these Terms and Conditions or where there is reasonable evidence that the Guarantee is being misused.  

*Where multiple quantities of the same product are returned, refunds will be limited to the amount one person could reasonably be expected to use within a 90-day period, based on the product's recommended usage instructions. Any quantities exceeding this amount will not be eligible for a refund under the Guarantee.  

H&B reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Guarantee at any time. Any changes will apply only to purchases made on or after the date the amendment or withdrawal takes effect and will not affect purchases made before that date, nor your statutory rights.
