Centaurium is a bitter herb commonly called Centaury. The herb is used as a stomach bitter - a class of bitter tasting herbs used to aid digestion and help to relieve symptoms of indigestion such as nausea, flatulence, fullness and gastric discomfort. Contains organically grown plants harvested as soon as they flower to create a sharp tasting tincture.
Full ingredients
Tincture of organically grown fresh aerial parts of Centaurium umbellatum (Centaury). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Always read the label before use
Directions:
10-15 drops 3 times daily before meals, in a little water.
