Unpasteurised honeys have been recognised for their health-giving properties for thousands of years. With plentiful anti-oxidants, including phytochemicals, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid, anti-bacterial and anti-septic properties, unpasteurised honeys not only taste delicious but have long been used in folk medicines. Alemany lavender honey has an intense floral aroma with a sweet, mildly acidic flavour. Wonderful for a refreshing summer drink combined with fresh lavender.
