Alemany Rosemary Honey 250g

• Unpasteurised honey
• A fich source of anti-oxidants
• Honey is collected only from Spanish producers.

Alemany are a specialist in the production of unpasteurised honeys. They sell honeys from their own hives, as well as sourcing the best regional honeys produced in Spain.

Unpasteurised honeys have been recognised for their health-giving properties for thousands of years. With plentiful anti-oxidants, including phytochemicals, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid, anti-bacterial and anti-septic properties, unpasteurised honeys not only taste delicious but have long been used in folk medicines. Alemany rosemary honey has a gentle, slightly fruity aroma and a mild, lightly sweet flavour; it is excellent combined with lemon, salt and olive oil as a marinade for chicken.
