Wonderful hidden gem of a sauce.

Great with seabass, rice and veggies
I have sacrificed so much flavour to avoid getting sick from FODMAPs - particularly garlic which always turns up in the least expected places and makes me ill. Bay’s kitchen has given me the freedom to cook properly again without doing everything from scratch
