Better Than Noodles is a Zero Carbohydrate, Organic and Gluten-free alternative to regular noodles. Made from Juroat® flour, a secret blend of Organic Konjac flour and Organic Oat fibre complex.

Better Than Noodles has a similar consistency to regular noodles. Better Than Noodles is very subtle in flavour and takes on the taste of the food and sauce they are cooked in.

Directions:

Open pack (optional: rinse under cold water). Use in a Wok or heat in an open pan for 1-2 mins or in a microwave for 1 min and add to your favourite ingredients.
