  • Made from Organically grown Spelt.
  • High in fibre and protein.
  • Contains gluten

Biona Wholegrain Spelt Penne Pasta is a healthier alternative to other pasta's. Speltflour is a particularly rich flour that is high in protein and satisfies the stomach. It is filling and feels heavy, so you only need a little to fill you up.

Spelt is an ancient cousin of wheat that has been cultivated for centuries. Although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some of those with wheat allergies.

Love

Verified Purchaser

I love spelt pasta. I find it so light to eat and it doesn’t bloat me like wheat or protein (edamame, pea, lentil, chickpea) pastas do
