CHAM is the original chia seed fruit spread. Handmade in the UK with just five natural ingredients CHAM is looking to bring the fun back to jams. Made with no pectin, no additives, no unnatural preservatives and no "nasties" we add chia seeds to give our signature chammy texture. Stir, scoop or spread...how do you CHAM?
CHAM contains up to 50% less calories, carbohydrates and sugar content to normal jams. The chia seeds too are a source of fibre. CHAM is also vegan friendly and gluten free.
